SFD Black Iron Oxide/Copper Sulfate Oxide Dryer Working Principle
SFD series spin flash dryer is a continuous flash drying processor with crushing device, it has been extensively used for drying damp and sticky filter cake and paste materials in chemical and food industry.
Wet material is fed into the drying chamber via screw feeder and drop onto a high speed rotating crushing device which will completely crush and disperse the wet bumps into fine particles. Meanwhile, heated and filtered hot air is blown swirly into the drying chamber from the bottom to form a strong swirl air flow. This strong air flow transports the fine particles through the cylindrical drying chamber, during which heat transfer happens and moisture evaporates. Dried product is separated and collected by cyclone and/or bag filters. Damp air is exhausted by the fan.

1.Because the material is subjected to centrifugal, shearing, collision and friction, the particles are dispersed in a highly dispersed state, and the relative velocity between the two phases of the solid gas is larger, and the mass and heat transfer is strengthened, and the production intensity of the machine is high;
2.dry gas enters into the bottom of the dryer, produced a strong rotational flow, strong erosion and bring out effect to the wall material and eliminate the phenomenon of adhering wall;
3.in the area of high temperature at the bottom of dryer, heat sensitive material does not contact with a hot surface, and equipped with special devices to solve the coking discoloration problem of thermal sensitive material;
4. because of the high gas velocity in the drying room and short material holding time, it can achieve high efficiency, quick speed and small equipment production;
5.drying room with Tao Xihuan and swirl plate, particle size and humidity can control the export of materials, in order to achieve different materials with water granularity requirements.

SFD rotating flash drying machine is applicable to dry viscous, thixotropic, thermosensitive powdery and granular materials in the dyes, pigment, chemical, ceramics, food and pharmaceutical industry. The appropriate materials can be dried by this drying equipment include:
1. Inorganic materials: boric acid, calcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulfate, ferric oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, metal hydroxide, heavy metallic salt and compound cryolite.
2. Organic materials: atrazine, lauric acid, benzoic acid, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate
